How much commission will I earn?+
Your commission rate is shown when your account is approved. We do not publish a rate until the policy attached to your account is confirmed.
When does commission become confirmed?+
A referral may appear as estimated while the project is active. Commission becomes approved only after the customer completes the full project payment.
When are payouts made?+
Approved commissions are grouped into a monthly payout. Your dashboard separates pending, approved, scheduled and paid amounts.
What if the customer moves between web and WhatsApp?+
Your Affiliate ID travels with the referral. The production identity system is designed to match verified phone, email and WhatsApp details to one customer account.
Can I earn recurring commission?+
The system is ready to track one-time and recurring commission records. Recurring commission is not promised unless it is explicitly included in your approved affiliate terms.
